We are a profitable and bootstrapped startup headquartered in Munich with team members across Germany and the UK. Today, we’re already saving customers millions, including Bosch, MULTIVAC and BBS Automation.

You’ll be joining a small but exceptional team of startup enthusiasts. Over half of our team are ex-startup founders - founding deep tech, AI, psychedelics and gaming companies. We have also studied and worked at the world’s top technical institutions like Stanford, TUM, Google, EA Games and YC startups.

The role

• Lead the charge with a team of talented engineers in a BoWatt’s newest project
• You will build and ship features in our React/TS frontend & Go backend.
• Work on next gen problems involving AI.
• You will own work end to end, collaborate closely with the team (product, engineering and customer success) and continuously improve our stack.

You

• Have 7+ years of experience shipping production code end-to-end across backend and frontend.
• Have experience with a statically typed language like Go, Rust, Java or C#.
• Have experience with React or a similar modern web technology (e.g. Vue, Svelte)
• Experience in team leadership positions is highly appreciated
• Are based in Germany and have to right to work here.

What we offer

• Competitive salary based on experience (80-120k €)
